Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Replayd handles information when you use the app. It is written for the current app experience and may be updated as features change.
Information We Collect
Replayd collects the account information you provide, including email, username, display name, profile details, favorite teams and players, diary entries, reviews, ratings, comments, follows, likes, watchlist items, and live chat messages. If you upload profile photos or chat/comment media, we store the media needed to show it in the app. If you enable notifications, we store push tokens and notification preferences. If you join the Android beta, we collect the email address you submit.
How We Use Information
We use this information to run the app, sync your profile and diary, show social features, personalize sports surfaces, send notifications you choose to receive, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Public Activity
Your public profile, reviews, ratings, comments, follows, favorite teams, favorite players, and live chat activity may be visible to other Replayd users depending on where you use those features.
Service Providers
Replayd uses trusted service providers for authentication, hosting, storage, notifications, sports data, media search, app distribution, analytics, and community operations. Android beta signup emails are delivered to a private Replayd Discord channel so the team can coordinate access. These providers process information only as needed to operate Replayd and support the app.
Website Analytics
The Replayd website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visits and conversion events such as store-button clicks, beta-signup interactions, and carousel use. Replayd does not send email addresses or form values to Google Analytics. Analytics is enabled by default; you can turn it off at any time using the persistent analytics control in the website footer. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain disabled.
Android Beta Emails
We use an Android beta signup email only to arrange beta access and send essential beta-related updates. We do not reuse it as general marketing-list consent. Duplicate submissions may be suppressed for 24 hours, and the beta contact list will be deleted when the beta ends or earlier upon request.
Advertising
Replayd does not sell personal information and does not use your information to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
Your Choices
You can edit profile information in the app, change notification preferences, sign out, or request account deactivation. Some data may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, backups, or integrity of public discussions.
